As a People professional and psychologist I utilise the lens of neuroscience to help explore, develop and lead conversations that align with your values. My credentials and career path are very non traditional and emulate the diversity of life I value. I have an MSc from King's College London in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health and an MSc in Psychological Sciences. Additionally I hold a first class honours BSc in HR Management, am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). All my academic qualifications have been achieved in the recent past (2014-2022) whilst holding a portfolio career in HR, coaching, education and consulting. Over a 20+year period I have worked with clients from the energy, information, utilities, aviation, education and public sectors;
